What our coaches are saying about Emmaussports.com

“Scott gives our student-athletes coverage that is unprecedented at the high school level.  He provides the quality of coverage you expect out of our local media outlets, but he is only focuses on Emmaus sports and is covering our teams daily.  By following Scott and emmaussports.com, you can expect line scores, recaps, and interviews with players and coaches.  There are also times he helps coaches and booster clubs communicate information to athletes, families, alumni, and fans.”

“Scott has covered baseball and golf before the season even started and then from the first day of tryouts until the end-of-season banquet. It is comparable to the coverage you would expect from an entire sports information department in college.  In the end, it’s his passion for Emmaus sports that I respect and appreciate the most.   His love for Emmaus sports shows in his work and it is a benefit to everyone in the Emmaus community. ” – Baseball coach Mike Mihalik

“Scott provides a service to our school, community, and student-athletes on a regular basis.  With the advent of continual information, Scott was at the forefront for the Emmaus and East Penn community, seeking out sponsorships from local businesses and networks all for the benefit of our kids.  Now our kids do not have to scroll through a ton of different feeds or news outlets to check out the information on their own contests or interviews, or more importantly their friends, peers, classmates, and teammates.

“With emmaussports.com, Scott has provided the scratch to our community’s itch.  He consistently asks for feedback and information (scores, photos, etc) to be forwarded to him so that he can get our kids onto his media platform.  So many present athletes have favorited him on Twitter, etc.  Even more impressive is that his praise and feedback for our sports programs does not stop after the school year or even graduation as Scott follows our athletes through their club seasons as well as college careers.  The bond he has created and continues to cultivate with our community is excellent and lasting.  As a parent, coach, and teacher at Emmaus HS, I could not think of a better outlet for all of our student-athletes.” – Swim coach Tim O’Connor.
