Facing a 2-0 deficit late in the game on the road Wednesday at Allen High School, Emmaus did all of its scoring over the final two innings to defeat the Canaries 6-2.

Emmaus out hit Allen 7-4 in the game. Senior shortstop Aaron Fleetwood was one of three Hornets with multiple hits going 2-for-4 with two RBI. Junior center fielder Robbie Barnes also had a pair of hits, including driving in the game-winner with a triple and sophomore second baseman Josh Diaz also went 2-for-4 with two runs scored.
For Allen, which remained winless on the season (0-5), third baseman Daniel Rivas went 1-for-3 with an RBI. Starter Daifer Moreta suffered the loss on the mound allowing four runs on four hits in 5 1/3 innings.
