Emmaus 68, Easton 36 (Boys)
RECAP >> The Hornets celebrated Senior Night at ‘The Hive’ last night by picking up their sixth straight win, a 32-point rout over a one-win Easton squad.
Fourteen (14) different players figured into the scoring column for Emmaus, which improved to 13-2 overall and remained the lone unbeaten in the EPC at 9-0.
Senior Jake Fotta was the lone Hornet in double figures as he scored a game-high 14 points. Classmate Chase Muckey added nine and juniors Will Barber and Jametric Harris each had seven for the Hornets who drained 13 3-pointers.
Prior to the game, the team honored its five seniors: Jake Fotta, Chase Muckey, Jackson Lake, Dylan Darville and Dom Nunez.
Emmaus will be back in action on Friday at 7 p.m. as they travel to Rockne Hall to take on Central Catholic. The game will be aired LIVE on www.easternpasportsnetwork.com beginning at 6:40 p.m.

Easton 45, Emmaus 40 (Girls)
RECAP >> After falling behind 10-0 after the first quarter and 18-0 early into the second, Emmaus outscored undefeated Easton the rest of the way. But the Hornets bid to upset the undefeated Red Rovers came up a little short in a five-point loss (45-40) at the Easton Middle School.
Senior Paige Inman led Emmaus in scoring for the fifth straight game as she finished with a team-high 11 points. Off the bench, freshman Olive Whitney had three 3-pointers and nine points, while sophomore Emma Naccarato added a career-high eight points for the Hornets who fell to 7-3 in the EPC and 10-5 after losing for the third time in their last four games.
Easton remained perfect on the season as they improved to 10-0 EPC and 14-0 overall. The Red Rovers were led in scoring by junior Megan Elias who had four 3-pointers and 13 points. Classmates Evalyse Cole and Mallory Elias added 11 and 10 points, respectively for Easton which drilled eight 3-pointers in the game.
Emmaus will look to get back into the win column on Friday when they return home to face rival Central Catholic at 7 p.m. at ‘The Hive.’
