RECAP >> Emmaus dropped its third straight Eastern Pennsylvania Conference game on Thursday night at Cottingham Stadium in Easton as they fell to the Red Rovers 8-5.
The Hornets are now 5-3 in the EPC and 10-5 overall following their third loss in the last four games.
Easton (13-2 overall/6-1 EPC) was led in scoring by junior Sean Wilson who had a hat trick. Classmate Matt Deliso and freshman Shae Linegar each added a pair of goals. Senior Nate Hudgins was credited with 10 saves.
Sophomore Will Barber had a three-point game (1 goal/2 assists) to lead the Hornets offense. Seniors Connor Flok, Logan Mains and Liam Porreca along with sophomore Liam Rooney added solo scores. In goal, sophomore Ben Rainford had 14 saves.
Emmaus will close out the week on Saturday at 10 a.m. hosting Perkiomen Valley from the Pioneer Athletic Conference.
