CORNER KICKS – Emmaus’ quest for its first EPC title since 2019 begins with a first-round matchup vs Allen. The two teams met earlier in the season with the Hornets rallying for a 2-1 win at Allen. Gabe Reyes scored the game-winner … The Hornets have lost in the of opening round of the playoffs the past two years falling to Whitehall both times (last year 1-0 in PKs and 1-0 back in 2022) …. Emmaus’ two defeats this season have come to Freedom (1-0) and most-recently Parkland (2-1) … The Hornets have outscored their opponents 71-11 on the season … Allen is appearing in the EPC tournament for the first time since 2016. The Canaries ended their regular season having won three straight and five of their last six games … Northampton is the defending league champ after beating Parkland 2-1 in last year’s final.
