Senior Melea Weber continued her torrid early-season scoring with five goals in the Hornets 9-0 rout of Northampton yesterday at Memorial Field.
Weber, a UNC commit, has now scored 17 goals in just four games for undefeated Emmaus (4-0) which has outscored its opponents 41-0.
Junior Lauren Kushma added a pair of goals in the win and has scored at least one goal through the first four games of the season. Senior Haley Kvacky scored a goal and added an assist, while junior Emmy Horner also found the back of the cage with her second goal of the year.
Emmaus dominated statistically outshooting the K-Kids 24-1 and holding an 8-2 advantage in penalty corners. Senior goalie Emma Cari was credited with one save.
The Hornets will be back in action at 6:30 p.m. tonight as they host District One power and undefeated Downingtown West in a non-league game.
