Emmaus opened its Eastern Pennsylvania Conference schedule on Monday with wins over Northampton, Pocono Mountain East and Pleasant Valley in a quad match held at Brookside Country Club.
The Hornets (3-0) fired a team score of 390 to finish first, 24 shots better then the Konkrete Kids and the Cardinals who tied for second (414).
Junior Evan Walters V led Emmaus with the second lowest round of the day carding a 2-over 73, while senior Kyan DeLong was three shots back with a 5-over 76. Sophomore Anderson Francis finished third with an 8-over 79.
Pocono Mountain East Chase Murphy had the low round of the day with a 1-over 72.
Emmaus will return to action on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. as they travel to Bethlehem Municipal Golf Course for an important early-season matchup against league favorite Nazareth, along with Liberty and Stroudsburg.
