Coach Reinhard – “We have the majority of our top performers returning, who we will look to in helping to rebuild the depth of our team this season. Our focus is on everyone staying healthy and training smart throughout the season.
“We probably have the toughest schedule in the league with the new divisions this year, starting off with Stroudsburg and Easton as our first two meets, so it will take some time to figure out the puzzle of events among our athletes. The beauty of track and field is the uniqueness of having both a team and individualized based sport. We look towards team goals in the dual meet season, while we also support individual goals of advancing to the postseason EPC and District Meet.”
