RECAP >> The Emmaus girls track and field team opened up its season Wednesday at home winning all but one event in rolling to an easy 131-19 win over Freedom.
Seniors Hailey Reinhard and Isabelle Russo each won two events with Reinhard taking first in 400m and 3200m, while Russo took home top honors in both the 100 and 300 hurdles.
In the field events, senior Catherine Sirignano captured first in both the shot put and discus as did classmate Sheldyne Pierre in the high jump and triple jump.
Emmaus will return to the track on March 28 at 3:30 p.m. as they host Central Catholic.
